Returns/ Cancellations of orders

Any return of goods is subject to our Returns Policy. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel any aspects of your order. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment of the order. In order to protect our customers and services, we reserve the right to cancel orders or request other methods of payment for orders received.

If the item/s is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Returns Policy

Leisure Spas NZ Ltd abides by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for any faulty or damaged items. Please return any items purchased instore or online to our physical store address:

Due to New Zealand Post policy we are unable to accept dangerous goods that are returned to us via post when they were purchased online. Dangerous goods include chemicals. These goods must be returned to our physical store address.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your items arrive damaged, please keep all the contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in. Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the goods) on Ph:0800 000 772.

Fees/ Expenses:

Items can be returned in person to our store in Christchurch (free of charge) or can be returned by post (with any postage/packaging expenses incurred payable by the customer). A Re-stocking fee may be applicable to items returned, depending on the reason for the return or the type of product being returned.

Exchanges/ Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty.

We are happy to exchange your items (exclusions below) within 14 days of the date you received your item or provide an in-store credit, with proof of purchase, providing the items are in their original condition – complete and in good condition and with corresponding paperwork.

All products returned must be unopened, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Chemical containers must be unopened, not used

  • Filters must be in original packaging, not used

  • Parts must be in original box, not used

  • Spa Covers are NOT eligible for Return or Exchange

 

IMPORTANT: Spa Hardcovers are custom-made and are NON-Returnable and NOT eligible for Exchange. Covers are custom ordered by the measurements provided by the customer in the ordering process, and by completing your order online and providing payment you confirm that the measurements provided by you are correct and accurate for your spa pool. If incorrect measurements are provided, Leisure Spas is not responsible replacing the cover. If you are unsure of the accuracy of your measurements, Leisure Spas has a measuring service available at an additional cost. If the item/s is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
