- A standard Nationwide Delivery fee of NZ$12.00 applies to deliveries of all Chemicals, Filters, Accessories (for total orders of $99 or under)
- Spa Covers are sent FREE nationwide in New Zealand, for collection at our Christchurch Showroom, or to a physical address anywhere in New Zealand
- Deliveries are sent courier by Courier Post (signature will be required). Tracking number will be issued.
- Rural Delivery will not incur any extra charges. Rural deliveries may take longer than expected in some areas.
- Items must be sent to a physical address (home or business), items can NOT be sent to a P.O. Box
- Please include your phone number and an email contact with every order
- To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.
- You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery lead time for products may vary. Each product has a lead time displayed on it indicating when you can expect delivery of your order.
Please note that expected ETA shipping times specify when an item is expected to leave our store/ supplier, not when the item will arrive at its final destination. After your order leaves us, delivery times will vary according to your location.
- Orders with an ETA 3 DAYS means:
Chemicals, Filters, Accessories that are IN STOCK in our Christchurch Store or with one of our suppliers, we aim to dispatch and arrive at your address within 3 WORKING DAYS.
- All Spa Covers are custom-ordered with an ETA 5-10 WORKING DAYS

For items (spa parts, pumps, etc) that are not commonly stocked in New Zealand, we will contact you with an unique ETA Estimated Time of Arrival, depending on the type of product ordered.
Deliveries are only made on working days, not weekends. Transit times do not include Public Holidays.
Deliveries to rural addresses and deliveries of dangerous goods in some areas may take longer than the time indicated.
Dispatch of orders is subject to availability and you will be advised if a product is unavailable. We have made every effort to provide accurate stock availability information on our website, however we do not guarantee that if a product is “in stock” that stock will be available to purchase at our physical store or online.
