I am really happy about the way you guys were so prompt in dealing with the problem with the spa pool cover (which was caused by the freight company). Your response was quick and helpful, and the cover maker was also super quick supplying the replacement. Also I am delighted with the new cover. It is beautifully made and I’m totally happy with the value for money.

Recently purchased Azure Spa pool from Leisure Spas…outstanding service by Clay an the team !!

Unfortunately, the spa was dropped by a separate freight company an had some small damage (nothing to do with Leisure spas)…however Leisure Spas went the extra mile sorting this issue out for me…I was sooo impressed.

Leisure Spas arranged a replacement spa an even arranged private transportation from Christchurch to our place in Marlborough!!

Clay from Leisure spas was amazing an we are forever grateful 🙏 highly recommend as a beautiful spa and great service. Thank you.
